Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services of Purva Digital ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), a digital solutions studio of the Purva Group based in Surat, Gujarat (India) and Harrow, London (United Kingdom), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Purva Digital provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

• Website Development — custom websites, web apps, e-commerce and CMS solutions.
• Social Media Marketing — strategy, content, paid campaigns and community management.
• SEO Optimisation — on-page, technical, off-page and analytics-driven SEO.
• Branding & Design — logos, identity systems, UI/UX and brand collateral.
• Digital Growth Consulting — strategy, audits, roadmaps and performance reviews.

Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are detailed in a separate proposal, quotation or statement of work agreed with the Client.

• Clients must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date project information.
• Clients are responsible for the legality and ownership of any content, brand assets or materials they provide.
• Clients agree to respond to feedback requests, approvals and clarifications in a timely manner.
• Any delays caused by the Client may impact the agreed timeline and delivery date.

Each project begins with a discovery phase to define scope, objectives and deliverables. Project timelines may vary depending on complexity, scope, third-party dependencies and the speed of Client feedback.

Purva Digital reserves the right to decline or terminate any project that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or conflicts with our ethical standards.

• Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin only after the initial advance payment is received.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or pause ongoing work until cleared.
• All applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are the Client's responsibility unless explicitly stated.

Each engagement includes a defined number of revisions as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions, scope changes or new requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard rates and may extend the agreed timeline.

All intellectual property in pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries and methodologies remains the sole property of Purva Digital.

Full ownership of the final, completed deliverables transfers to the Client after the final payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purva Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies and marketing materials unless restricted by a written non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and depend on timely Client feedback, third-party availability and the agreed scope. Final deliverables are issued upon receipt of full payment.

While we make every effort to maintain reliable service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or any deliverable hosted on third-party infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen events may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purva Digital's total aggregate liability arising from or related to any engagement is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.

Our services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, social media networks and APIs. Purva Digital is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, outages or any disruption caused by these third-party services.

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• The Client remains liable for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Any advance payment for completed milestones is non-refundable.
• Purva Digital may withhold delivery of in-progress assets until outstanding dues are settled.

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refund decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Purva Digital.
• Custom development work is non-refundable after project approval and commencement.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business plans, strategy documents, source code, credentials and proprietary materials. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the engagement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat. For clients based in the United Kingdom or European Union, applicable local consumer protection laws will also apply where mandated.

Purva Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
